If you decide to host your domains with us and you choose any of our shared hosting plans, you’ll be able to enable anti-spam protection for any mailbox that you create. With several clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you can configure 5 different protection levels. If you still get spam messages or the email filters start preventing legitimate messages from entering your mailbox, you can switch to a different level just as easily. In case you do not want to risk missing an authentic email message that may be considered spam due to its content, you can also create custom spam filters based on the sender, the body or the subject of the message and redirect the emails to another mailbox where you can check them at a later point in time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you get a semi-dedicated server plan from our company and if you create one or more email addresses with any of the domains hosted under your account, you’ll be able to enable the advanced, five-level SpamAssassin anti-spam filter that we offer and keep all undesirable emails out of your mailbox. This service is accessible through the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and it can be activated or deactivated for any mailbox at any moment. You can also alter the level of protection with a few mouse clicks in case unsolicited bulk emails still enter your mailbox or the spam filter starts removing authentic messages. Since you can choose if the spam should be erased right away or delivered to a separate email address, you can set up firstname.lastname@example.org, for instance, and check all filtered emails there, so as to ensure that you will not omit an email message that you require. The emails that the anti-spam filter allows to proceed will still be delivered to your mailbox.
